Contrary to most reviews who characterize Sigur Rós’ “Fjögur Píanó” as a sleepy uninteresting single, we believe this video just accentuated the celestial feeling and weightlessness you experienced when hearing their latest album, Valtari. The video stars a naked Shia LaBeouf and includes high-art bondage, butterflies, an underwater car, acrobatics and sexual violence. Everything you need to get your inner visual, cinematic art connoisseur on.
Like their last couple of videos, this clip was created as part of the ongoing “Mystery Film Experiment” series. This one was written and directed by Alma Har’el— watch below.
